What’s with the BLACK prams?

Knowing that black is the color of choice for people/groups who are self-focused like true-grit musicians, Goths & Emos [r they still around?] Men in Black and women in their Little Black Dress – all dressed up to impress [or dressed to kill]- and Knowing that black is also the color of grief and mourning in many cultures, WHY do so many parents buy a BLACK baby pram and close it up with a black sun veil?

Black also absorbs all colors which makes that object appear black just as it absorbs all *stains* – be they physical or energetic.

So, energetically speaking, even if one is not into color therapy, I’d say black is a seriously *heavy* color for a baby to be locked in so many hours a day, as they seem to be, here, in sunny Australia.

So from your point of view, assuming black prams are also in style in your area, what is the rationale for perpetrating behind the fad?

Black is an interesting non-color…because technically both black & white are not colors…
they are like the number zero…completely neutral.
In most cultures Black holds both positive and negative energy…and is usually associated with…
honor, protection, life, power, perfection & change…whereas white is associated with death in most cultures, black usually isn’t.
White is also a semi-neutral color…but doesn’t contain the power of black…because it is so easily corrupted…
a mere whisper of any other color makes white that color…
whereas…only white can corrupt the color black.

Lol – curled around each other, our totally opposing views on Black form the perfect Yin/Yang.
Food for thought for parents. They can now make an informed choice when they go shopping for a pram. All good.
