More and more all around, we will have to interact differently with strangers, friends or enemies not yet recognized in this lifetime, as our cities, towns and suburbs come under the karmic whip yielded by Mother Nature, but not only by her.
Rich or poor, many more human-made disasters and tragedies will shape us into a more humble humanity.
The time to simply donate money and the time to simply donate our time are simply soon to be over.
If the writing is not truly ‘on the wall’, it has certainly leaked out of Deepwater.

Raging seas mirror broiling and unbridled anger.
Nature’s intention, it would appear, is to show us how ugly, violent and destructive is our Modus Operandi. On the one hand, we operate our lives, private, public and professional, as crudely as was the norm hundreds of centuries ago. On the other there appears a degree *civilized* behavior, a veneer of politeness, that is squeezed out of us by laws and legislations and deterrents and punishments and to some degree, for the nicer ones of us, by the fear of losing face and blowing the lid on what stirs within the moment our sensors detect an ‘obstacle’ on the path to any of our objectives – be they lofty or far from lofty.

On another topic, we might be mesmerized by digital technologies but technological breakthroughs have been happening through the succession of centuries. So have medical advancements.
Having said that, we, here and now, are still unable to even begin to eradicate violence, poverty and such illnesses as malaria and dengue fever, induced by mere mosquito bites.
