To ensure anonymity I will be referring to the readings by number. The individual requesting the reading will be notified privately of their number.

Tonight, I will share with you Reading 1.

Night star – wish fulfilment

Eyes – seeing what is there

Cow – partnerships, relationships

Sprouting seed – new situations just coming up

Temple – balance,  a new opportunity, a new life path

The Nightstar is telling you to make your wishes, whether through prayer or meditation or wishing upon a star. The energies of the Universe are available to you now. Use them.

The Eyes come next to tell you in part to be careful what it is you wish for. Remember the adage: Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it. Open your eyes to see what is there and what isn’t there. Live in stillness for a short while, just watching doing nothing.  Focus on your intent, know what it is you truly want, then make your wish.

Third of the Goddess Amulets is The Cow.  Sometimes this can indicate a business partnership, but I sense this is more personal,  a spouse or partner.  She is here to remind you that your wish is not being made alone. You need to involve your partner in the wish-making process. It is not your wish individually; it belongs to both of you.

Sprouting Seeds come now to tell you that while you may not be aware of it, the seeds of this wish have already been put into the ground. While you may not be able to see them, they are just beginning to sprout and manifest changes in your life leading you to the wish you will be making.

Finally, The Temple is here to tell you that a new opportunity and a new life path will be presenting itself to you. You have gone through a major time of healing and you are ready to move through the doorway onto a new path.

I don’t get a sense on where this will be leading you, but I do think this will be a major change in your life direction from where you had been heading.

Where am I heading a general reading

1. The first amulet drawn is the Hand with Seeds, a gentle reminder to accept responsibility for who I am and where I am in my life at the moment.
I have the seeds, the tools, I need to get where I want to be in life. In order for them to grow however, they must be planted and nurtured.

It’s time to start take the first steps.

2. Next in the council of elders is the Dancing Bird Goddess.

Rewards are coming. Dance the dance of ecstasy into your own life. Energies around you may be heightened (this is very true, they are). Channel this energy wisely.

The suggestion is to consult the animal amulets to find an animal guide to help me in determining how to channel this energy. Leading to the next amulet on the Council of Elders.

3. The Sow tells me that to find how to channel this energy I need to listen. Dig down, root around, and really listen. Listen actively to what is being said, and listen with my psychic ear to what is not being said.

Find words that reflect my intention. Listen to my own language and how I use words to describe myself.

4. The fourth amulet on the Council of Elders is the Sprouting Seed. It’s a time of new beginnings.

Take the information I gain from listening and determine what it is that I am hearing which needs to be nurtured to continue growing, and what needs to be weeded from my life. Focus on becoming rooted and balanced within my life.

This could also be an indication that I am entering a new stage in my life. Signs of which are already becoming visible to me.

5. In the midst of all these serious new beginnings and nurturing new beginnings, the Dolphin reminds me to take the time to have fun, to celebrate, and to have fun. Dance, play, and laugh as you move through life.

Amulet of the Day – Sprouting Seeds

New Beginnings

The image seen on this amulet comes from a Cretan seal, once used to press images into wet clay or wax. It is approximately 4,000 years old.  This particular seal may have been used as part of the agricultural and trade business.

The Sprouting Seed indicates that a tender and vulnerable situation may be at hand, the beginning of something new.

You’ve planted your seeds, and given them a healthy environment in which to grow. They are now growing and unfolding in the love and care you have provided. At this time balance is important. Focus on rootedness. Establish your foundations so that they can be built upon.

This is a time to review goals and expectations. Get rid of that which is not relevant to you any more. Thin out those sprouting seeds you don’t want to grow. Get rid of the weeds.

For that which you do leave to grow, trust in the mystery that underlies. A plant cannot grow if you are constantly pulling it up to look at the roots.
