Welcome to the Spiral Journey blog!

I’m Aisliin.  I’m a homeschool mom to special needs teens.  I live in a rural area outside Port Townsend, Washington and I’m a witch.  I have been active in my faith for 23 years, am happily married to a pagan man, and am part of a thriving pagan community.  This blog is about navigating being pagan in our modern society, and being a mother, wife, and friend.  I will be sharing my journey of study and dedication towards fulfilling a role as clergy in my community and following a calling to serve, as well as follow along on our quest to get debt free, build a sustainable home, and create a temple for our community.  I expect the blog to touch on everything from daily life and fun, recipes, family and personal challenges and community activities, to economics, environmental and political issues, spiritual study and comparative religions, because that’s how my mind works.
